Brattleboro Museum & Art Center wrote the book on PLAID. Just look at this crew! Nestled at the bottom of Main Street, holding it down on one corner of malfunction junction, BMAC brings INTERNATIONAL exhibits to Brattleboro. Sometimes even we forget how lucky Bratt is to have this caliber of work to town year round.

❤️The museum galleries are open to the public Wednesday-Sunday, 10-4

💚 The cost of entry? Pay as you wish!

🤍 The museum is expansive! Currently they have six exhibits in various spaces.

🩵 In addition to visual art exhibits, the museum has some incredible programming and events like: Artful Ice Shanties, Glasstastic, The Lunar New Year Festival, the Dinner on Glass events with Fire Arts, and the annual Lego and Domino events.

The museum has merch, and a small gift shop, and they would LOVE for you to stop in and enjoy the curations they've prepared for you. What a gift!

Last year Stone Church launched their 2nd season of GRRRLS 2 the Front- a program advancing gender equity in live music. The program consisted of 16 shows featuring 36 bands with representation by women, trans and non-binary folks, 12 week music production classes, monthly resource workshops, and a venue coalition with 18+ New England venues hosting GRRRLS 2 the Front shows. Stone Church has just announced their next round of production classes and are accepting applications for a sound tech course beginning in January.
